Speakers Institute Premiere Bootcamp

In early December 2024, I attended a 3-day Premiere Bootcamp with Speakers Institute to learn how to improve my public speaking. I attended with the specific goal of being able to share Part 1 of my personal story. 

Thanks to the teachings and support of the incredible coaches and the kindness and encouragement of the other participants, I went from being uncontrollably emotional at the beginning of Day 2, due to the trauma of reliving my story, to delivering a powerful 6-minute speech by the end of Day 3. 

Fortunately, I have since been cleared of everything mentioned in this speech and all confidentiality requirements were lifted in September 2022. 

Due to the advice and mentoring provided by some of the world's best coaches, I also identified and refined my purpose and message to 'help others surviving a lifequake'.
